I offer spiritual guidance, intuitive coaching, facilitated meditations for many of my coaching clients and for those who want to deepen their connection with their inner wisdom, purpose, and Spirit.
The type of meditation, guidance, & healing I offer depends on the unique needs of each person or group.
I use a variety of approaches including intuitive readings, healing prayer, meditation, and wisdom from multiple spiritual traditions. Meditations may include visualizations, mindfulness based meditation, and/or energetic healings that are supported by a deeper Presence.
Throughout a session, I hold a space for my clients to access their own inner guidance and wisdom when making important life decisions and to experience greater presence and peace within themselves.

My Background
I am a Professed Monk in the Spirit of Peace Monastic Community within Celebrating Life Ministries; a Teacher at the Foundation for Spiritual Development in San Rafael, CA; a Oneness Blessing Giver, and was certified as an Integral Coach ® with the New Ventures West Integral Coaching ® Program in San Francisco, CA. Additionally, I was certified as a True Purpose ® Coach and studied Internal Family Systems Therapy and Voice Dialogue. I also bring in elements of the Enneagram as well as spiritual teachings and meditations from multiple wisdom traditions to take people deeper into their own true nature.
